Whimsical Wears was created in October of 1982 when our now married 29 year old son was 8 months old.  I wanted to be a stay at home mom but wished to contribute to the family finances.  Whimsical Wears started out quite small but has grown into a very successful business with the support of my family, my small staff, my new customers and my multitude of loyal repeat customers.

Whimsical Wears products have been shipped all over the world to repeat customers that have moved, their referrals and as gifts from my US customers.

I never thought I’d still be creating handmade personalized children’s clothing and accessories after 29 years but I love seeing the sheer pleasure they bring to everyone.  It makes it all worthwhile and now I'm a proud Grandma to my darling granddaughter and grandson! Here's to many more "Whimsical" years.
